An Evening of Mindfulness and Flowers @ The Yoga Bar

Give yourself permission to pause. We have come together to offer a lovely evening of mindfulness and flowers – our aim is to combine mindfulness, well-being and a connection to nature in a beautiful and calming setting.

Our focus for the evening will be grounding ourselves, as we explore some calming mindful tools and breathing, some movement-based mindfulness, making our own dried flower headbands, followed by a lovely long guided relaxation and meditation. With herbal teas and homemade treats, this is a real chance to replenish your own cup.
