A mindfulness and meditation inspired class for children between ages 4 and 7. Each class includes breathing exercises, a focus activity, movement, a mindful, nature-based eco craft (no plastic googly eyes or pipe cleaners!) and a guided meditation. Imagine if we could share the magic of tuning into yourself, noticing and understanding emotions with our children?
